Fylor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fylor ("we," "our," or "the app"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fylor regarding your use of our application and services.

By using Fylor, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, please do not use our application or services.

1. User Agreement

By using Fylor, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age;
• If you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the app;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
• All registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and current.

2. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of Fylor may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your account password secure;
• Notify Fylor immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account;
• Not create multiple accounts unless explicitly permitted by us;
• Not share your account with others.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. User Content

"User Content" refers to any text, images, videos, comments, or other materials that you upload, share, or create through Fylor. Regarding User Content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You own or have all necessary rights and licenses to your User Content;
• Your User Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights;
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, or otherwise provide through Fylor.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload, share, or create content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringing on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property;
• Containing software viruses or any computer code designed to damage or interfere with the functionality of Fylor or any user's device;
• Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," "chain letters," or any other form of solicitation;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Interfering with or disrupting Fylor or servers or networks connected to Fylor.

4.1 Cosplay Content Guidelines

As a platform focused on Cosplay, we encourage creativity and expression, but also require that all Cosplay content:

• Respects original works and characters;
• Is suitable for viewers aged 12 and above;
• Does not contain excessive exposure or sexual suggestive content;
• Does not promote violence, discrimination, or hatred;
• Falls within fair use if imitating copyrighted characters.

5. User Content License

By uploading or sharing User Content on Fylor, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publicly display and perform such User Content to operate, provide, and improve Fylor and its services.

This license terminates within a reasonable time after you delete your content or close your account, unless your content has been shared with other users and they have not deleted it.

6. Intellectual Property

Fylor and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Fylor in the following circumstances:

• You breach these Terms;
• We reasonably suspect you are using Fylor to commit fraud or illegal activities;
• You misuse our resources or interfere with other users' experience;
• We are required to do so for legal reasons;
• We decide to cease providing Fylor or any part of it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fylor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use Fylor or any content obtained through Fylor, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, even if Fylor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer

Fylor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that errors will be corrected, or that Fylor or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China to resolve any dispute related to these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms in the app or through other means. Your continued use of Fylor after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Fylor may offer in-app purchase and subscription options. By making an in-app purchase or subscription, you agree that:

• All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and conditions;
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
• Subscription cancellations must be made through your App Store or Google Play account settings;
• Once completed, refunds for purchases will be handled according to the respective app store's policies;
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
